Our service

We arrange a tutor to teach your child at your home, one hour per day, for the class and subjects you choose. We select the tutor based on your child's class, subject and time slot. We may change the tutor if needed, and we will tell you.

Fees and payment

Monthly tuition and the one-time registration fee are listed on our pricing page. The exact fee is confirmed with you before you register. Fees are in Indian rupees and paid online through a secure payment link, or another method we agree with you.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel anytime. Fees already paid are not refunded. Details are in our cancellation and refund policy.

What we expect from families

• Give a suitable place and the agreed time for each class.
• Tell us in advance if a class needs to be skipped or moved.
• Treat the tutor with respect, and pay fees on time.

Results

We work to help every student improve, but we cannot promise particular marks, ranks or exam results.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Gorakhpur, Uttar Pradesh have jurisdiction.
