Cancel anytime
You can stop tuition at any time. Tell us by phone or WhatsApp. Cancelling stops all future monthly fees.
No refunds
Tuition starts right after registration, so the service is delivered as soon as you pay. For that reason, the registration fee and monthly fees you have already paid are not refunded.
Paid twice, or paid but not received
If you were charged twice for the same fee, or money left your account but we did not receive it, contact us with the payment details. We will check it, and refund the extra amount to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days of confirming.
