• Messages you send us on WhatsApp, by phone or by email.

We collect this when you register with us, contact us or pay a fee.

How we use it

• To match your child with a tutor and arrange classes.
• To contact you about classes, fees and reminders.
• To keep records of registration and payments.

We do not sell your information.

Who we share it with

• The tutor assigned to your child, who needs your child's class, subjects, address and timing.
• Our payment provider, Razorpay, which processes online payments. Card, UPI and bank details are entered on Razorpay's secure pages. We do not store them.
• Authorities, only where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep your information while you are a student with us, and for as long after as we need it for accounts and legal records.

You can ask us to show, correct or delete your information, or stop messages from us. Contact us using the details below. We may need to keep payment records where the law requires it.

Security

We keep your information limited to the people who need it to run your child's tuition. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
